Digestion starts in the mouth. Chewing food properly mixes it with digestive enzymes in the mouth. Your stomach doesn't have teeth. Not chewing food means your system is working harder to break it down using up more energy than is necessary. I always visualise my mouth as a blender liquidising the food. Of course it won't turn into water but I find through this simple visualisation that I'm chewing the food so well and feel amazing after every meal😮. I didn't know how good eating felt. I really mean it. Try it. I haven't had painful hunger pangs for years, I just know when to eat. Fasting is also great but know what you're doing. Fasting is not starving. If i have got Ek mukhy from Banarus and keeping that on my puja Shivlingum. When i offer shivlingim puja snanam / shiv lingum Jal abhishack that Eak muchi rudraksh also get the same and once i done that ritual i keep lingum & rudraksh in puja room. Finish with aarti. Do you mean to say i should not keep that rudraksh even for puja in the pooja room ? Sometimes when i do get sickness i drink that offered jal. Should I not drink it? A Hero with luck zero:- I am pretty not sure that why my bad luck is related to my health conditions.. since childhood i really had a wierd bad luck, firstly at 7 or 8, the wheel of a car struck and layed on my right foot and had a plaster.. again after some time i got weak my eyes and currently wearing spectacles. Then at one day, during leaving school i and we were in the School bus running to home and suddenly got struck in an accident and left a huge harm to me. Can someone tell that what is my fault and why this is happening to me😭.

I think it's a blessing to be born in a Sapien world , else how else will the soul and physical body be gratified. The whole sense of being a human makes you feel tiny when the entire nature reveals its True Form . We realise and bow to the different manisfestations . A realisation that there is a power beyond and loving ( do not fear) and adoring it extinguishes the karma as Sadguru put in his amazingly lucid way . Sadhguru is a wonderful soul .
